Our Story

Born from a moment that changed everything.


Unplugged Connect was created from a deeply personal realization: the people we love can be carrying things we know nothing about, even when they’re right beside us.

After facing a life-changing experience with my son, I began looking at communication differently. I realized that asking “Are you okay?” isn’t always enough. Sometimes we need better questions. Sometimes we need to slow down long enough to listen. And sometimes the conversations we avoid are the very conversations that can change a relationship.

That realization became Unplugged Connect.
